These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the Staffly online service.
By using the Staffly service, the User confirms that they have read these Terms, understand them and accept them in full.
1. General provisions
1.1. Staffly is an online service designed to automate HR processes, including leave tracking, calculation of leave days and employee management.
1.2. These Terms are binding on all Users of the service, regardless of the plan they have chosen.
1.3. The service Administrator may amend these Terms at any time. The current version is published on the Staffly website.
2. Registration and account
2.1. To use the service, the User must register and provide accurate information.
2.2. The User is responsible for keeping their credentials secure and for all actions performed under their account.
2.3. The User undertakes to notify the Administrator immediately of any unauthorized access to the account.
3. Use of the service
3.1. The User may use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with its intended functionality.
3.2. It is prohibited to:
- use the service to violate the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system;
- interfere with the operation of the service or its infrastructure;
- distribute malicious software;
- give third parties access to the account.
4. Plans and access to features
4.1. Access to the features of the service is provided in accordance with the chosen plan.
4.2. The service Administrator may change the plans and terms of access. Changes do not apply to periods that have already been paid for.
4.3. When the paid period ends, access to the service may be restricted or suspended.
5. Personal data
5.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the Staffly website.
5.2. The User warrants that there are lawful grounds for processing the personal data of the employees added to the service.
6. Limitation of liability
6.1. The service is provided on an “as is” basis.
6.2. The service Administrator does not guarantee that the service will operate uninterrupted or error-free.
6.3. The Administrator is not liable for:
- temporary failures and technical interruptions;
- loss of data caused by the User’s actions;
- damage arising from the use of the service;
- actions of third parties.
7. Suspension and termination of access
7.1. The Administrator may suspend or terminate the User’s access to the service if these Terms are violated.
7.2. If access is terminated, the User retains the ability to view previously entered data to the extent provided by the functionality of the service.
8. Intellectual property
8.1. All elements of the Staffly service, including the software code, structure, texts and interface, are the intellectual property of the Administrator.
8.2. Copying, distribution or any other use of the service materials without the written consent of the right holder is prohibited.
9. Final provisions
9.1. These Terms are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
9.2. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations and, if no agreement is reached, in court in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
